Debit Card ON/OFF
What is card on off? This feature is a self-service tool that lets you take control of your debit card and protect against unauthorized use. The card on off feature can be found in the Menu under Manage Cards in Online Banking.
If you have misplaced your card, select TURN OFF CARD. If you find it, and feel your account has not been jeopardized, turn it back ON and continue to use your card.

Lost or Stolen Debit Card
Report your lost or stolen Debit Card immediately by calling us at 866.454.4735 or call the lost or stolen card service center at 844.202.5333 after hours or on weekends.
Alert a credit bureau with your concerns
If you suspect you might be a victim of identity theft, contact the three major credit bureaus listed below to place a fraud alert on your credit file. You also can order a credit report to identify any unauthorized activity.
