Q. What should I do if I have questions while I am banking online?

A. Customers who have elected to bank online via the Internet will find procedures and functions are covered in the online "Help" section. Once you login to People’s Bank Online Banking, you can get help on any screen or overview information. Just click the "Help" button at the top of the screen while you are logged on.

Q. What should I do if I can't remember my Access ID?

A. If you can't remember your Access ID, contact your branch at 541.776.5350 (Medford), 541.482.3886 (Ashland) and 541.665.5262 (Central Point) between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. PST Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. PST on Friday, and have available the answer to your security question you provided to us.

Q. What should I do if I can’t remember my Authentication Image or Phrase?

A. If you can’t remember your Authentication Image or Phrase, contact your branch at 541.776.5350 (Medford), 541.482.3886 (Ashland) and 541.665.5262 (Central Point) between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. PST Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. PST on Friday, and have available the answer to your security question you provided to us.

Q. What should I do if my Authentication Image or Phrase is not the one I’ve seen before when previously signing into Online Banking?

Q. I can view other areas of your web site but I can not get into Online Banking. What is wrong?

A. If you are able to view other areas of our web site, but are unable to access our Online Banking service, the system may not be accessible because of system maintenance. You will receive a page indicating “This page cannot be displayed."  Another reason may be that you are having a problem accessing secured sites in general.  Both your browser and Internet Service Provider must support secured sites. Refer to the requirements for using Online Banking.

Q. How do I view my account statements online?

A. Accessing account statements in Personal Online Banking:

  • Logon to your Online Banking account
  • Select the account you would like to view statements for
  • Click on the 'Statements' button
  • Click on 'DDA Account Statements'
  • Select the account statement you would like to view

Accessing account statements in Business Online Banking:

  • Logon to your Business Online Banking account
  • Select the account you would like to view statements for
  • Place your mouse over 'Documents' and then select 'Documents Available'
  • Click 'DDA Account Statements' 
  • Select the account statement you would like to view
