Craig Horton, director since 2004
Mr. Horton is president of Medford Better Housing Association Inc., a property management company that manages 217 apartments in Medford and Ashland. He has worked in this family business for nearly 30 years. Mr. Horton has also served on the board of directors for Sacred Heart School and was past president of the Southern Oregon Rental Association.

Bill Jacobs, Jr., director since 1998
Mr. Jacobs served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Tash Inc., Rancho Cucamonga, California, a service and wholesale supplier, from 1991 until his retirement in 1992 as executive officer and retirement from the board of directors in 1995. Mr. Jacobs previously served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Pic 'N' Save Corp., a national retail chain, Dominguez, California, from 1987 to 1990. Mr. Jacobs serves as Chairman of People's Bank's Audit Committee.

Bud Kaufman, director since 1998
Mr. Kaufman has been president of Croman Corp. since 1954. Croman Corp. is a logging and lumber company headquartered in White City, Oregon.

Bob Kimmel, director since 1998
Mr. Kimmel owned and operated Bob Kimmel Trucking, Inc. in Eagle Point, Oregon from 1979 until his retirement and closure of the business in 1998.

Bob Mayers, director since 2005
Mr. Mayers serves as Chief Executive Officer for Adroit Construction based in Ashland, Oregon. He has been a partner at Adroit since 1981 and in the construction industry since 1967. Mr. Mayers has helped build his construction firm into one of the Rogue Valley's most prominent and reputable firms. Mr. Mayers was recognized by the Rotary Organization with the "Outstanding Business Person of the Year" award. He also sits on the board of directors for the Ashland YMCA, chairing their annual Scholarship for Kids Campaign.

Doug Morse, director since 2007  
Mr. Morse has been a licensed real estate agent since 1990. He is a principal broker at Coldwell Banker Pro West Real Estate in Medford and has held the number one position at his agency for listings and sales since 1995. He is one of the leading real estate agents in the Rogue Valley and has been voted in the Mail Tribune’s Reader’s Choice Awards as the best real estate agent in the Rogue Valley for the past several years. Mr. Morse’s professional designations include: Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative and Previews Property International. He is a member of the Jacksonville/Applegate Rotary and the Rouge Valley Association of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club.

Mike Sickels, director since 1998
Mr. Sickels has served as People's Bank's Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer since it was chartered in March 1998. He previously served as Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Western Bank from 1985 until 1996, after serving various other financial and executive positions with Western Bank from 1967 until 1985.

Jim Wright, director since 2003
Mr. Wright is currently Vice Chairman of LTM and was President of the company from 1992-2000. He is also part owner of Capital Associates founded in 1980, and owns commercial real estate with a southern Oregon group. Mr. Wright's board involvement has included chairing the following boards of directors: Asante Health System, Southern Oregon University Foundation, Medford Rogue Rotary Club, Oregon Economic Development Commission, Oregon State Finance Committee and the American Red Cross. His honors include the "First Citizen Award" in 1998 from the Medford/Jackson County Chamber of Commerce, the "SIR Award" in 1991 from Associated General Contractors of Oregon, the "President's Medal" from SOU in 1986, and "Alumni of the Year" in 1985 from SOU; all considered among the most prestigious awards in their respective industries.
